QM Appraisal is the largest appraisal firm in northern Wyoming, with a team of experienced professionals ready to serve their clients' needs. The value of our team approach is evident through the exceptional service, knowledge, and integrity for which QM Appraisal is known.
We provide opinions of value for banks, attorneys, CPAs, cities, counties, state agencies, litigation support, and estate planning on a variety of property types. Our specialty is appraisal of income-producing properties such as multifamily residential, hotels, and multi-tenant office and retail properties.
The QM Appraisal team works on all property types — commercial, industrial, farm & ranch, residential, and residential-recreational. We also provide opinions of value for individuals thinking of selling a residence or other property, or buying a property for cash.

Tasa Brost
Owner & Certified General Appraiser
Certified General Appraiser Tasa Brost began her career in the appraisal industry in 2000, joining QM Appraisal in 2017 and purchasing the business in 2019. Tasa's numerous years as an Appraisal Quality Control Reviewer ensures high levels of competency and quality.
Alan Kritscher
Certified General Appraiser
Certified General Appraiser Alan Kritscher joined our team in 2020 coming from a large out-of-state appraisal company. Alan comes with deep knowledge and experience in the commercial and agricultural related fields.
Steve Webster
Appraiser Analyst
Appraisal Analyst Steve Webster joined QM Appraisal in 2006 and brings vast experience from his ranching and banking background. Steve's ranching experience with the Great Webster Ranch in Meeteetse allows him to provide valuable insight on farm and ranch appraisals, while his banking experience allows him to supply input on all commercial and industrial appraisals.
Penny Gandall
Office Manager
Office Manager Penny Gandall joined QM Appraisal in 2016. Penny handles the accounting, tax preparation, scheduling, advertising, assisting with review work and commercial appraisals. Penny ensures high levels of organization, effectiveness and communication among staff and clients.
